Rafael Bustamante has +20 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting and as top executive with strong expertise in energy (utilities, water, oil & gas), insurance (travel, medical, auto and home assistance), experienced adviser in start-ups (insurtech, food delivery) as we as in digital channels.
He led over over 80 projects (+ 60 as consultant and advisor and +20 as Board member and Transformation Head) for leading global industries.
Rafael developed his main projects in more than 10 countries, having lived in Spain, Germany and Brazil and being able to deliver in Spanish, English, German and Portuguese.
Rafael is an expert solving complex business challenges in global environments and with transversal teams, combining excellence and innovation with pragmatic approaches to ensure fast delivery of results. 
Prior to collaborating with Wiimer, Rafael has been Director at consulting firms (Roland Berger, EY and Europraxis), Partner and Founder of Not Only Consulting and Board Member by Europ Assistance Spain.
Rafael has a degree in Economics and Business Administration by the Universidad Comercial de Deusto (Spain) and the Wissenschaftliche Hochuniversität Koblenz (Germany).
