This time we are looking for a Data Analyst eager to work in the Energy and Manufacturing Sectors to join us in Porto (Hybrid). AT WIIMER YOU WILL Participate in AI & data analytics end-to-end client projects, tackling complex business problems with strategic thinking and creativity, and developing solutions that bring significant business value to our clients; Be involved in highly dynamic teams, multi-disciplinary and cross-industry projects (although a strong focus in the Energy and Manufacturing sectors is expected) Be in direct contact with the client and be involved in meetings to present results and insights to the client; Be responsible for core project activities, including, notably, extraction, transformation and loading of datasets, as well as developing learning algorithms and BI dashboards. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Degree/master’s in engineering, computer science, information technologies or related field; Working and/or academic background in the Energy and Manufacturing Sectors (not mandatory, although appreciated); Maximum 3 years of relevant technical experience in analytics /business intelligence delivering end-to-end projects; Understanding of machine learning and optimization techniques and algorithms; Experience in data engineering and ML programming languages (Python and/or R); Experience in working MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow) (not mandatory, although appreciated); Experience with Big Data frameworks (e.g. Azure, Databricks, GCP, AWS) (not mandatory, although appreciated); Experience with visualization tools, such as Microsoft PowerBI (mandatory) or Google Looker; Experience in SQL programming with data bases, such as SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL; Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT builder) (not mandatory, although appreciated); Excellent English language skills; Knowledge in Agile methodology, using tools like Planner, Trello or Jira; Written and verbal communication skills.
